We understand that, from time to time, certain products will fail for a number of different reasons beyond our company’s or our customer’s control.
If you experience a problem with any of our products or services, provided there hasn’t been any signs of abuse or physical damage, we will happily repair or replace any parts or services that may be needed to completely repair your product for the periods listed below.
Shipping of the product back to our facility is solely the responsibility of the customer.
We will, at our discretion, pay the shipping charges to return the defective unit(s) back to our customers.

*All repairs needed outside the warranty period are subject to a $25.00 diagnostic fee plus shipping both directions.
If you received pictures of the completed unit, and have AUTHORIZED the look of the completed unit, there will be a $115 charge to rebuild the Climate Control unit, and $125 to rebuild the radio, if you decide that you are not satisfied with the unit AFTER it has been sent back to you plus shipping both ways.
There is no warranty for units that have been damaged by liquids, or any other issues where noticable physical damage has been caused by abuse to the unit. All units that are returned for warranty service, will be thoroughly tested and diagnosed for the cause of the issue.
Please understand that it is our desire to please our customers and to help in any way possible with issues in regards to the units. We will do everything in our power to make certain that any problems that require service will be handled appropriately and quickly.
